Getting Started: Your Step-by-Step Guide
New to The Menopause Society Hub? These six steps take you from your first sign-in to your first CME credit and your CE transcript. Each step links to the page it describes, and you can come back to this guide at any time from the Help Center.

Sign In and Meet My Hub
Click Sign in and use your Menopause Society account, the same one you use on menopause.org. If you don't have one yet, choose Sign up on the sign-in page.
You land on My Hub, your start page. Its cards show your account, news, and your courses. To get around, use the left menu for your apps, the 9-dot button in the top bar for shortcuts, and the menu under your avatar for Settings and this Help Center.

Complete Your Profile and Licenses
Open Settings from the menu under your avatar. On Personal Info, add your photo and check your details. On Professional Info, fill in your work and turn on Are you a clinician?. That adds the Clinician Info group to Settings, where you add your Practitioner Licenses and later find your CE Transcript.

Find Your First Course or Practice Pearl
Open Academy from the left menu. Academy Home is made of sections such as Position Statements and Practice Pearls, short practice-focused pieces. For everything in one list, open Courses. To look for a topic, use the search box in the Academy top bar.
A CME chip on a course card, such as 1 CME Credit, shows that the course awards credit.

Finish the Course and Claim CME
Click Start Course and work through the lessons. You can leave and come back, and Continue Course picks up where you left off. In a course that awards credit, the last lesson's next button reads Claim CME and takes you to the Evaluation.
Answer every question and click Submit answers. This claims your credit, and you land on Your CME credit has been claimed, where you can download your certificate straight away.
You can only submit the Evaluation once, so check your answers before you send it.

Find Your CE Transcript and Certificates
Your CE Transcript is in Settings, under Clinician Info. You can also reach it from the Account card on My Hub and from Academy Home. It lists all the credit on your Menopause Society record. To get a certificate as a PDF, use the Download button in the Certificate column.
New credit usually appears within a few minutes of your claim.

Get Help When You Need It
This Help Center has a short guide for each part of the Hub. Open it from the menu under your avatar. If a guide doesn't answer your question, click Need Help? at the bottom of the left menu (on a phone, in the menu panel) and send the TMS team a message. You can attach a screenshot, and they reply by email.

Members save in the Store and get the Menopause journal and the practitioner directory.
