About the Help Center
The Help Center collects short, step-by-step guides to The Menopause Society Hub: taking courses in the Academy, claiming CE credit, finding your transcript and certificates, and managing your account. Anyone can read them, whether or not you have signed in.
Finding Your Way Back
Once you are signed in, open the Help Center from the menu under your avatar in the top-right corner.
A few of the pages the guides point to are only for signed-in users. If you are not signed in, those links take you to sign in first and then straight on to the page:
- My Hub: your dashboard, the start page after you sign in.
- Settings: your profile and account settings.
- CE transcript: the credit you have earned, with your certificates.
Still Need Help?
If a guide does not answer your question, use Need Help? in the Hub's side menu to send a message to the TMS team. They reply by email.
