Where to Find Your CE Transcript and Certificates

Open your CE Transcript from any of these places:

• Settings: open the menu under your avatar and choose Settings, then CE Transcript under Clinician Info.
• Academy Home: the CE Transcript card in the right-hand column. Click Learn More.
• My Hub: the CE Transcript link on your Account card.
• After a claim: the Go to CE transcript button on the credit claimed page.

The Clinician Info group only appears in Settings once you have answered Are you a clinician? in Professional Info. If you don't see it, turn that on and save.

The total at the top is the number of hours on your record. The table has five columns:

• Date — when the credit was recorded. Newest is first.
• Type — CEU for course credit, or Meetings for meeting credit.
• Description — the activity's code as it appears on your Menopause Society record. This is usually a CE code rather than the course title.
• Hours — the credit awarded.
• Certificate — a Download button when a certificate is available.

Click the Date, Type, Description, or Hours heading to sort by that column.

To narrow the list, use the Date range and the Type filter. With a filter on, the total shows the filtered hours alongside your overall total. Clear filters shows everything again.

• Credit claimed in the Hub downloads the CME certificate issued when you submitted the course evaluation.
• Course credit from the earlier Academy also has a Download button. It creates a certificate from the credit on your record.

A row shows a dash instead of a button when there is no certificate to offer. This happens with meeting credit, and with rows that have no hours or no description on your record.

If you need a certificate for a row that has none, send a message with Need Help? and include the date and description from the row.

When you claim credit, the Hub sends it to your Menopause Society record straight away. It usually shows on your transcript within a few minutes. The credit claimed page tells you if it isn't there yet.

Credit recorded somewhere else, such as at a meeting, reaches your transcript when your record is next updated. That happens each time you sign in with your Menopause Society account.

You don't have to wait for the transcript to get your certificate. The credit claimed page has a Download certificate button as soon as you claim.
