MSCP Certification

• The MSCP page in the Hub explains renewal. It covers the two pathways, the renewal window, the steps, and which renewal applications are open now. You can also reach it from MSCP in the 9-dot app switcher.
• To become certified for the first time, see MSCP Certification and the certification examination on menopause.org.

Open Settings › MSCP. It is under Clinician Info in the Settings menu. If you hold the credential, the MSCP License link on your My Hub Account card also goes here.

The Credentials card shows:

• Your status: Active, Expired, Pending Renewal, or Suspended.
• First Certified (the date you passed the exam; renewals do not change it) and Expires.
• Your Total Credits and Society Credits toward renewal.
• Your Renewal Pathway: CME Credits, or Re-exam if your credential has lapsed.

These details come from your Menopause Society record and are refreshed when you sign in. If something looks wrong, send a message with Need Help?.

You can renew between July and December 31 of the year your credential expires. There are two ways to renew:

• CME Credit Renewal — 45 credits in total, at least 15 of them from The Menopause Society. You apply in the Hub. Start from Renew Now on the MSCP page.
• Retake the Exam — the exam is run by the Society's exam partner, Meazure Learning.

The Hub sends you a notification when your credential is within 90 days of expiring, when it expires, and when a renewal is approved.

The Certificates card on the same page lists certificates from renewals you applied for in the Hub. Once a renewal is approved, its certificate shows as Issued with a Download PDF button. Until then it reads Pending Approval.

Certificates from your original exam aren't in the Hub. Only renewals applied for here appear on this card.
