Purchases, Downloads, and Receipts

Open Settings › Purchases. You can also use the Purchases card on My Hub. The list includes:

• Purchases you made in the Hub, including the Store and application fees.
• Membership dues and orders on your Menopause Society record.

Newest is first. Use Search by name and the Date filter to find something, and Clear filters to see everything again.

1. In Settings › Purchases, click Open next to a purchase that includes media, such as recordings or documents. You can also go straight to My Purchases, which lists every purchase that has media.
2. Choose the item you want and click Open.
3. Videos and audio play on the page, and PDFs open in a viewer on the page. Purchased media is for viewing in the Hub and can't be downloaded.

Downloadable files bought in the Store work differently. They are downloaded from your order confirmation page or from the order email.

• In Settings › Purchases, click Receipt next to a purchase to open a PDF receipt.
• The Receipts page lists every payment you have made in the Hub. Each has View Receipt and Download PDF. Once you have paid for something, it is also in the menu under your avatar.
• A receipt shows the amount paid, who paid, the payment method, the transaction ID, and the items.

Purchases from your Menopause Society record, such as membership dues, don't have a receipt in the Hub, so their Receipt button is greyed out. Ask for one with Need Help?.
