Practitioner Licenses

Keep your practitioner licenses in Settings › Practitioner Licenses. Applications such as MSCP renewal include a step to verify your license.

Getting There

Open Practitioner Licenses. It is under Clinician Info in Settings. You can also use the Professional Licenses link on your My Hub Account card.

If there is no Clinician Info group in Settings, turn on Are you a clinician? in Professional Info and save.

Adding a License

  1. Click Add License.
  2. Choose the License Type (MD, DO, NP, PA, RN, CNM, PharmD, PhD, or Other) and enter the License Number.
  3. Choose the Issuing Country. The next field changes to match: Issuing State for the United States, Issuing Province for Canada, and a region or issuing authority for other countries.
  4. Optionally, add the Expiration Date and a License Document: a copy of your license as a PDF, PNG, JPEG, or HEIC, up to 50MB.
  5. Click Save License.

You can hold several licenses, but not two of the same type from the same country and region.

Editing and Removing a License

  • Each license shows its type, number, where it was issued, and its expiry date if you added one. View Document opens the copy you uploaded.
  • Edit opens the license's details. Change what you need and click Update License.
  • Remove deletes the license after you confirm.
When you renew a license, edit it here with the new expiration date so your record stays current.
