Your Profile and Professional Info

Your profile is in Settings, which you open from the menu under your avatar. It has two pages: Personal Info, with your contact details and photo, and Professional Info, with your work and clinical practice.

Personal Info and Your Photo

Open Personal Info.

  1. Photo: click Upload Photo (or Change photo) and choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP image of up to 5MB. Drag and zoom to frame it, then click Save photo. The photo saves straight away. Remove takes it off.
  2. Details: update your name, email, pronouns, phone number, home address, demographic information, and social media links. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
  3. Click Save Changes.
Your answers under Demographic Information are only visible to TMS staff. Every question offers Prefer not to answer.

Professional Info

Open Professional Info.

  • Basic Information — your profession, primary employer, what you are primarily involved in, work phone, and website.
  • Are you a clinician? — turn this on to open For Clinicians Only. It asks for your credentials, specialty, practice areas, training, years in practice, and whether you offer telehealth appointments.
  • Practice Office Address — add one or more practice addresses with + New Address. Each one has a List my clinical practice using this address switch.
  • Background Disclosure — a yes-or-no question, with space to explain if you answer yes.

Click Save Changes when you are done.

Turning on Are you a clinician? also adds the Clinician Info group to Settings, with your MSCP credential, CE Transcript, and Practitioner Licenses.

Details From Your Menopause Society Record

If you sign in with your Menopause Society account, the Hub copies your name, email address, and membership from your Society record each time you sign in. Changes you make to these in the Hub are replaced the next time you sign in.

To change them for good, update them on your Menopause Society account at portal.menopause.org. Your other profile details are kept in the Hub and aren't affected.
