The pilot offering runs from October 2026 through April 2027, allowing organizations time to launch the program, gather feedback, and measure engagement and impact.
Yes. The program is designed to be delivered virtually, making it accessible for both in-person and distributed teams.
Most content is intentionally designed in short, self-paced formats that can fit into busy schedules. Organizations can also choose how broadly and deeply to deploy the resources internally.
Yes. Pilot participants will help shape the future evolution of the program through feedback surveys, implementation insights, and cohort discussions.
The pilot investment is $1,250 per organization for the full October 2026–April 2027 pilot period.
The fee includes access to employee education content, manager training resources, HR and benefits tools, implementation materials, live sessions, and participation in the founding cohort experience. Each pilot participant will receive access for up to 100 unique users.
No. The pilot fee covers organizational participation and internal access to the program materials during the pilot period.
As a founding cohort participant, your organization will help shape the future of the program. Pilot pricing reflects both the collaborative nature of the experience and The Menopause Society's commitment to evolving the program through feedback and learnings from participating employers.
